Here at BeYou Multiwear Athleisure Designs, Our Team will do everything possible to rectify the issue and provide the most suitable solution for you. We stand behind all of the merchandise we produce for you, ensuring everything is printed, cut, and hand-finished with the utmost quality and accuracy.  Plus, we want to make sure you are satisfied.  If there’s a production flaw, we’re committed to providing solutions you’ll be happy with.  We offer free replacements or a refund for damaged products or manufacturing errors ONLY. If there is a problem with the delivered product like printing error, sewing defects, damage, etc., please contact our customer care team support@beyoumultiwear.com within 7 days of product delivery. 

To alleviate these issues and to keep all of our customers happy, please be aware that since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the order is the wrong size, color or simply you don't like the product! No refunds will be issued unless it was a company error. We ask all of our customers to carefully review the product size charts before placing order. If complaint is applicable, we will do our very best rectify any issues regarding our products. Please contact our customer care support team, make sure to describe the quality issue when submitting a return request. You may be required to upload some photos of the items as the case may be.

If the error is our fault, with careful evaluation, please make sure to follow the details below before attempting to make a return.  Once our customer care support team carefully look into the problem, we will send instructions on how to proceed with returns thereafter. 

  • All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted. 
  • Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.
  • Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights, Leggings and Joggers, these products should be tried on wearing your own clothing underneath.

On average, it takes about 3-4 weeks for the entire exchange procedure to be completed approximately 30. Often times, this will result in the desired item being sold out or a long wait time for customers to receive the exchanged item. Remember, all of our products are made on-demand, there is zero production waste and minimal environmental impact. This is because the product doesn’t exist until you the customer hits “buy”, and only then is it made.

If there is any problem with your order, please reach out to our customer care team first support@beyoumultiwear.com. We will not be able to process any returned items without a return request authorized by our Customer Care team.

    BeYou does occasionally engage in discount products, including Black Friday and private sales. If you see Beyou items, not from an official BeYou retailer, being sold at discounted, sale or clearance prices, then chances are the item is counterfeit.

    How can I return an order I placed using Amazon Pay

    All orders are subject to BeYou’s Online Return Policy. Your refund will be processed through the form of payment selected through your Amazon account. 

    Orders purchased through Amazon Pay may be returned by mail to the warehouse. To facilitate your return, please provide your digital invoice you received in your shipment confirmation email. Refunds will be submitted once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

     

    Will my BeYouMultiWear.com order appear in my Amazon Orders?

    Your BeYouMultiWear.com order details will not appear under Your Orders on your Amazon account. However, you can find your BeYou order information within the Amazon Pay section of your account activity.

    If you have a BeYouMultiWear.com account, you are able to see all order information within your account. You can create a BeYouMultiWear.com account here where you can track the status of your order and access your order details.

     

    Will my order be shipped by Amazon?

    For the simple fact we do not offer monthly payment arrangements at this time, the charge will be immediately at the time of purchase.

    Orders placed on BeYouMultiWear.com are subject to applicable state, local and county sales tax. Your order confirmation will reflect an estimated sales tax and order total based on the shipping zip code entered when your order was placed. The actual sales tax will be calculated and applied before the final purchase is completed.

    Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item, please refer to our returns and exchange section. 

     

    Pre-orders and back-orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us.  

     

    Made to Order and personalized items cannot be canceled or modified. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Some sales may be disclosed from this, if this is something you're dealing with please contact us.
